I'm yet to find an Irish vampire book ! Of course Bram Stoker was Irish so that's about as close as I 've got to Irish vampires. However there are some vampire type creatures in Irish Celtic mythology.

Thanks, Bern! There was a book I read many years ago about a woman crossing WA on her own with a few camels that I'd love to track down. I think it was called 'Tracks' but I'm not sure. Ring any bells...?
